Customer Services: Christmas opening hours

Need help with one of our games?

Our Customer Services team will be available here until 12.30pm on Tuesday 24th December.

A mid-week Christmas Day plays havoc with office hours, but after Christmas and the Boxing Day Bank Holiday, we will be in on Friday 27th December (8.30am-6pm) to respond to your queries.

Following that, the office will be staffed on Monday 30 December (8.30pm-6pm) and Tuesday 31st December (8.30pm-12.30pm). New Year's Day is another Bank Holiday... but we return as normal on Thursday 2nd.

**IMPORTANT!** If you need a response, phone or use the web form at that address, which goes straight to the people who can help you, and who work on the particular game that you're querying. Our social media minions will be on very reduced hours, and it's highly unlikely that we'll be picking up on any Insta/Facebook/X/BlueSky messages until into the New Year.
