Age 12+, 4 - 20 players
QUICK START (READ THIS FIRST)
Split into two teams.
Each player draws 5 cards from the bag without looking.
Put only those cards back into the bag.
Decide who starts (youngest team first).
Flip the timer and play!
Round 1: Describe using any words
Round 2: Describe using only two words
Round 3: Describe using only one word
Correct guess? Grab another card.
Time’s up? Count your score and swap teams.
After three rounds, highest total score wins.

AIM OF THE GAME:
Score the most points by getting your team to guess the A-List names you’re describing
FULL GAME
SET UP
Split players into two teams.
Put ALL A-List cards into the bag.
Each player randomly draws five cards from the bag without looking.
Example: 6 players = 30 cards total in play.
Return only the selected cards to the bag and set the rest aside.
You’re ready to go!
ROLES: DESCRIBER & GUESSERS
Each turn, one player is the DESCRIBER.
Everyone else on the team are GUESSERS.
Every player must take a turn as the DESCRIBER.
THREE ROUNDS. ONE ESCALATION.
Each round uses the SAME cards, but the rules tighten every time.
Round 1 – Full Talk Mode
Once every player has had a chance to be the describer, remove any unused cards from the bag and set aside and replace the correctly guessed cards back in to the bag.
You are now ready for Round 2.
Round 2 – Two Word Challenge
Describe the name using exactly twowords. No more, no less.
Round 3 – One Word Pressure
Describe the name using only one word. Choose wisely.
Tip: Pay attention in Round 1. Everything you hear will help later
HOW TO PLAY (ALL ROUNDS)
Flip the timer to start the turn.
The DESCRIBER draws a card and starts describing.
As soon as the team guesses correctly, draw a new card and keep going.
When time runs out:
Count the correctly guessed cards.
Record the score. The other team then takes their turn.
Teams alternate 30 second turns, switching DESCRIBER each time.
Unguessed cards go back into the bag.
WINNING THE GAME
After all three rounds, add up each team’s total score.
Highest score wins. Bragging rights are encouraged.
DESCRIPTION RULES (READ THIS)
YOU MUST NOT:
Say the first letter of the name
Say how many letters are in the name
Say the name or any variation of it
Use “rhymes with” or “sounds like” clues
YOU MAY:
Gesture, act, or mime (no lip reading!)
Pass on one card per turn if you’re stuck
